We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our CSR team.
Daily operations include:
- Client communication,
- Appointment scheduling,
- Taking payments
- Filling medications
- Clerical work
- Liaison between our doctors and clients.
It is important that you are friendly, punctual, reliable, a quick learner, and able to adapt to our small team of client relations specialists. This position requires both multi-tasking and attention to detail. A flexible work schedule is required. Availability for weekend Saturday shifts (9am-1pm) are also required.
