Appointment Policy
Deposit Policy:
- A $78 deposit is required for all new clients to secure their pet’s appointment. This amount will be applied toward the total appointment charges.
Arrival Guidelines:
- For all annual check-ups, first puppy or kitten visits, or if your pet is experiencing diarrhea, please bring a fresh stool sample (within 2 hours) or a refrigerated sample (within 24 hours) to your appointment.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in.
- If you have not completed all required patient forms, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for completion.
- To ensure accurate medical records and enhance the quality of care, audio recordings may be made during your visit in the exam room. Your privacy is important to us. These recordings are used strictly for internal purposes and are kept confidential as part of your pet’s medical record. If you have any questions or concerns, please let a team member know.
Appointment Confirmation:
- To secure your pet’s visit, please confirm your appointment.
- Unconfirmed appointments will be removed from the schedule on the morning of the appointment date to accommodate other sick pets in need of care.
Late Arrival Policy:
- To ensure all patients are seen on time, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your pet’s appointment.
- A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this window, a $40 late arrival fee will be applied.
- If you arrive 15 minutes or later, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a fee of at least $78.
- Deposits made toward an appointment will be forfeited for no-call, no-show appointments, and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Surgery Policy
Surgical Deposit Policy:
- A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking for all surgical procedures.
- Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- A new deposit will be required to schedule another surgical appointment.
Payment Options
Payment Policy:
- Full payment is required at the time of service.
- As of April 24, 2023, a 3% electronic processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.
- To avoid this fee, you may pay using cash, check, Care Credit, or a VISA/MasterCard debit card.
